This division focuses on assistance for former terrorist inmates and their families, children in networks of terrorism, deportees and returnees. This assistance is the part of disengagement and reintegration process for those people. Disengagement and social reintegration efforts are conducted through trauma healing therapy, discussions, regular visits, soft skills training, and entrepreneurship coaching and assistance. Through these efforts we hope they will have a second chance to live with their families and communities.
Economic Creative Empowerment Program for Former Terrorist Inmates
The objective of this program is to give the former terrorist inmates an opportunity to own and start a business entity. Owning business entity is also help them to reduce the society stigmatization and as part of reintegration process to the society.
Not only how to start and choose the business, the program also equips the families of terrorist/former terrorist inmates with the capacity in running the business day to day, so the ultimate goal to make them sustain themselves could be materialize.
