Deden completed his undergraduate degree at IAIN SMH Banten majoring in Islamic Education. During his time in college, he became IAIN student president and the general chairman of KAMMI IAIN Banten in 2013. Prior joining with YPP he became an assistant manager at RMOL.banten.com and community development program of KOTAKU. Deden has been with YPP team since 2018 and he is one of YPP staff in Capacity Building.
